A great opportunity for a confident learning and development specialist to join a global executive search firm with key responsibility for the successful end to end management of some of Egon Zehnder’s consultant learning programmes and interventions.

In this role you will support, lead or oversee the successful planning and execution of these initiatives. This includes a balance of strategic orientation, program management, and administrative activities in order to successfully deliver Learn & Grow and the Firm’s objectives.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end planning of learning events and initiatives. This includes: selection, program logistics and facility support ensuring a seamless program implementation and pre- and post-program support
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders and influencers (including across time zones)
  • Partner with program leads and faculty, working collaboratively to achieve goals
  • Prioritize effectively in order to deliver on deadlines
  • Contribute to the development of learning materials and optimise learning resources aligned to programs
  • Proactively identify specific needs of each learning cohort and plan accordingly
  • Implement short and long-term evaluation strategies which measure behavioural changes and business impact
  • Manage budget of respective programs and interventions
  • Build and apply knowledge of adult learning principles to all L&G initiatives you may support or lead
  • Help us innovate to advance Firm-wide learning
  • May provide on-site support during program delivery and participate in early morning or evening calls on an ad-hoc basis to support global learning initiatives

The successful candidate will have

  • Awareness of adult learning theory and learning methodologies
  • Experience of working in learning and development
  • Critical thinking, being able to make connections and manage multiple viewpoints
  • Articulate learning successes and strategy from a stakeholder lens
  • Maintain a high level of detail, while balancing complexities of a matrixed environment
  • Strong organizational skills enabling you to work across multiple work streams
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and work across multiple cultures
  • Ability to work toward deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter, willing to take the initiative, and highly reliable
  • Ability to travel internationally and manage overnight stays
