Unicef UK raises funds for Unicef’s global work. We advocate and campaign for the fulfilment of children’s rights in the UK and abroad. We employ around 300 talented individuals to support this work.

As Director of People, you will work with the Chief People Officer, to achieve our goals by developing, leading and implementing our people and culture strategy. You will be supported by a professional team, covering business partnering, talent, reward, employee relations, HR operations and facilities management.    Through your expert leadership, you will support senior managers, empowering them to attract and retain the best people and to develop the high performing teams required to deliver Unicef’s strategic goals for children.

To succeed in this role, you will be an ambitious and inspirational leader, respected for your results, expertise and commitment.  With the ability to enthuse and promote, you will have a strong track record of developing high-performing teams.  As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will build effective relationships with other directors and their functions and share mutual responsibility for achieving the best outcomes
