We are partnering with a global international organisation who are in the market for an Employee Relations Specialist as part of their growth. The business worldwide have over 100,000 employees across a number of different workstreams.


Your new role
The remit of this role is to provide employee relations support to approximately 1200 staff members that range in terms of job functions, skill sets and seniority. As an Employee Relations specialist, you will be required to deliver consistent advice and coaching regarding HR practices to ensure all business leaders receive a high-quality HR service. The business is a very complex business and is constantly acquiring new business and going through acquisitions meaning that the variety of contracts & terms and conditions is vast and really varied from one part of the business to another. This role is a very busy role but will offer the right candidate some excellent experience around some areas that you may not have experience in previously in particular things like mergers, acquisitions and TUPE.



What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role is likely to be a candidate that has been working for a larger complex organisation where there is a high number of employees and somebody who is an expert in providing Advice and advising on ER matters. Ideally, the right candidate will have experience of having experience with mergers, acquisitions and TUPE however there will be a team around that understand these processes so this is flexible. It will need to be a candidate that is used to working in a high volume employee relations type role. As well as the BAu role the team also lead on various projects each in that is being driven through the business giving candidates additional responsibility and autonomy to make a difference.
