I'm partnering a large, fast paced and complex organisation with a large HR function whereby they have expert services internally, which allows this role to operate in a true business partnership way.


The key focus of this role is to act as a true Business Partner to senior stakeholders. You would operate and lead at a strategic level across departments and acting as a trusted partner. You would also lead on significant projects across the organisation from a HR perspective.

This is a brilliant opportunity for strong, confident and strategically experienced HR Business Partners to hit the ground running,. taking ownership of projects and relationships and act as a champion of change across the organisation.


The ideal candidate will be a confident, commercial and proactive HR Business Partner who would establish relationships quickly and someone who gains credibility in their approach. Along with having the below:

* Ideally Chartered member of CIPD

Extensive proven experience in an operational HR environment and experience delivering in a business partner model.

Proven experience of supporting leadership teams to deliver the organisation's strategic vision

Excellent resource and project management skills to ensure flexibility to re-prioritise if necessary, in order to maintain effective delivery of programmes and projects

Proven experience of delivering through leading a team or a matrix project team.

Available to start this interim role in March 2019

Job Offer

Depending on experience circa £45,000 + fantastic benefits.
