From their various sites around the country, the CS HR Casework Services team provide crucial HR services to over 33% of the Civil Service’s headcount. The team are made up of HR professionals with varied experiences across multiple sectors.
This CIPD award-winning team have a passion for delivering the best quality service to their varied clients. Due to the continued success and demand for the service, the CS HR Casework team are recruiting HR Casework Managers to join the team at locations across the country
Your new role
As part of a nation-wide team, you’ll provide both remote and face to face HR casework support to a wide range of managers across the civil service. You’ll deal with a variety of employee relations issues, guiding, coaching and assisting managers through their queries around attendance management, grievances, disciplinaries, probation, poor performance, employment law etc. You’ll manage casework through various escalations and to tribunal where required. Remote support may include advising customers via a manager’s advice line.
What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll have experience in working at HR Advisor level and above, along with CIPD qualifications or willingness to work towards them and pass, the qualification in a way and time frame agreed with the line manager.You’ll have sound knowledge of employment law, enjoy employee relations and be able to confidently articulate policy and legislation to managers and employees.

Manchester, Liverpool – £26,161 - £33,601
Staines - £28,174 - £36,229
London – £30,389 - £37,806
