HR Operations Officer job paying £36-£38k per annum (FTC until 31st May 2019)

HR Operations Officer

You will be working for a leading public research university in Central London.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be based in the Recruitment and Operations team which is responsible for all recruitment and operational work across the organisation. As HR Operations officer you will be required to lead on improving processes across the organisation. You will take a proactive approach by taking ownership of reviewing and supporting the delivery of successful HR operational processes with a focus on best practise HR. You will oversee various projects including: production of HR documents, delivery of HR exercises including reward schemes and promotions. Overall, you will be focused on making as many improvements on the current HR processes which are in place. Please note that this is a Fixed term contract until 31st May 2019 therefore you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period to apply, the role is 35 hours per week.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience with supporting an organisation to improve its HR operations successfully. Specifically, you will have expertise with providing a thorough service with a customer focus. As an individual, you will be proactive with excellent attention to detail. This will be displayed in your ability to respond to enquiries promptly and accurately. Additionally you will be able to meet and exceed deadlines related to recruitment and monthly payroll. You must be a Chartered member of the CIPD
