My client is a charity based in South East London looking for a HR Manager to join their central office on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Support the productive management of staff by delivering advice, training, information and assistance to managers, staff and staff representatives
- Coach and direct managers with staff issues to boost their management capabilities and confidence
- Manage recruitment campaigns and applications and advise on best practice
- Oversee relationships with external suppliers such as occupational health, DBS provider, recruitment agencies and consultants
You will be a customer focused and self-motivated “go getter”. Decision making and team encouragement will come naturally to you. Possessing an excellent knowledge of employment law, you will carry a genuine interest and understanding of the issues affecting those who experience mental health problems. As a leading and engaging individual, you will be demonstrating the organisation’s values and principles building instant credibility at all levels within the business and proactively contributing to organisational success.
