We have an opportunity for an HR Officer/HR Coordinator to join a growing charity organisation in Southampton

You will be working for an ethical charitable organisation in central Southampton. Supporting the HR Manager you will undertake a broad HR generalist role with a focus on recruitment activity.

You will be handling a variety of HR tasks including

* End to end Recruitment, writing job descriptions, job adverts, cv vetting, liaising with managers, coordinating interviews through to offer, contracts of employment.
* On-boarding
* Training
* HR Administration
* Absence management recording

Were seeking individuals who are resilient and adaptable to change with a broad HR generalist background.
You will have experience of HR Coordinator/HR Officer or possibly HR advisory with strong recruitment and HR admin skills then this will be a nice opportunity.

This is an initial fixed term contract until end of August 2019
40 hours per week full time
core hours 10-4 but flexible on start / finish eg 8.30-4.30
£25,000 - 28000 fixed contract
