An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and progressive HR leader. You will be a HR generalist who will apply your knowledge and experience across all areas of HR including workforce development, workforce planning, organisational development and change, resourcing, learning and development, reward and recognition and employee relations.
This is a hands-on role, you will be a confident and approachable individual who can deliver through a team of experienced and committed HR professionals, with the ability to consult and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders, leaders, and trade unions.
Through effective communication and consistency in your approach, you will shape our way of working. You will be solutions and results focussed, happy to challenge the status quo to bring about positive change, and resilient and adaptable in challenging situations.
Supporting a data informed decision making approach you will apply strong analytical skills to regularly report on key HR metrics e.g. absence, headcount, turnover, benefits.
