DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF WORKFORCE AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Salary range: Band 8d £70,206 to £85,333 depending on experience.

Your role will be to support the Director of Finance and Workforce/Deputy Chief Executive in setting the workforce strategy to deliver on a range of initiatives to attract, retain and reward our current and future workforce. You will be the Trust’s HR expert with a broad skill base covering a wide range of HR issues, including complex employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, workforce planning and reward and recognition.
Being at least a Chartered Member of the CIPD or equivalent, you will bring with you a track-record of success at a senior level in a HR/OD function in a complex organisation, Innovation, flexibility and a can do attitude ensuring strategy is turned into implementation are essential qualities for this role.
On a personal level, you will need to have reserves of personal energy, and a personal ambition to provide the best level of care to our service users through our workforce.
