Senior HR Advisor

Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting business in central Bristol with the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor, this is a permanent full time post paying £33-36,000pa.

About the role
Summary:
Our newly created HR Shared Services Team manage all of the transactional activity for the HR Function. We are also responsible for first line queries from Managers on all elements of the employee life cycle. We are a small, busy and evolving HR team looking to expand the services we offer to the business. Reporting to a HR Business Partner, you will be a key contributor in the Generalist function, supporting the application of policies and practices and providing expert HR advice to the business.
Working as part of our expanding HR team, you will be contributing to the delivery of day-to-day HR deliverables, playing a pivotal role in coaching, facilitating and supporting line managers with effective HR advice and guidance in all aspects of people related matters.
Some of the key duties include:
*Working with the HRBPs to support the delivery of the HR plan
*Providing specialist employment law and employee relations support to managers
*Delivering training sessions to line managers

What are we looking for?
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our growing HR team.
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor with excellent employment law knowledge, ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent) with the ability to influence and interact with managers at all levels of the business.
