Recruitment Partner (Assessment Specialist)
£40,000 - £50,000

This is an opportunity to support a major international business services group to make the right hiring decisions.

You will be supporting line managers and the broader recruitment and HR team to conduct robust assessments of candidates throughout the recruitment process. As the Assessment Expert, you'll be conducting interviews, completing psychometric assessments and assessing behavioural simulation and work sample exercises so this is a role for someone that loves, and is skilled at, the assessment aspects of the recruitment process.

If you are someone that wants to work in an international corporate environment (perhaps looking for the stability and rewards associated with a permanent, inhouse role away from life as a consultant or associate) this is a great opportunity. That said, if you are already 'inhouse' this is an opportunity to join a fantastic team at a time of growth where the recruitment process is taken seriously and you'll have the opportunity to have a real impact.

We need you to be an expert in competency based interviewing and to be able to administer and feedback psychometric assessments, but on top of that, to be someone that is a confident communicator, that can set out a case to influence decisions and that has real credibility in the assessment space.
