Talent & Development Business Partner - Leadership
Location: Liverpool/ Manchester
Permanent , up to £50k

We are delighted to be working with an award winning, global organisation in the professional services sector in their search to find a Talent & Development Business Partner for the Leadership team. This is an exciting and newly created role that will define and implement the leadership development offering at a senior level.

This is a growing organisation who are devoted to providing their future and current leaders with the best opportunities to grow their business, their clients and their teams through their own personal development within management and leadership.

Key responsibilities:
*Responsibility for the design and delivery of the partner and leadership development agenda
*Ownership of the design and delivery of development programmes
*Provide one to one and group coaching opportunities to support business group growth
*Support senior succession planning and talent mapping of relevant populations
*Identification and development of high potential individuals
*Delivery of leadership workshops and programmes carrying out relevant evaluation using recognised methods

Essential:
*Demonstrable background in a high performing talent function
*Experience of working with senior people within professional services
*Extensive experience in the design and delivery of leadership interventions
*Experience of developing business strategy
*Strong coaching skills with experience of coaching teams and individuals at a senior level
*Strong facilitation skills
*The ability to develop strong business relationships quickly with senior stakeholders
*Strong project management skills
