Learning and Development Consultant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented professional to join the Learning and Development team at Tate.
This role is key to ensuring Tate’s employees are provided with the personal and professional development to create an environment where people can thrive and be their best.
Part of a small team, you will work closely with line managers and Human Resources colleagues to identify learning needs and design and deliver high quality and innovative learning interventions to meet these.
Working closely with the Learning and Development Officer you will oversee the scheduling and communication of Tate’s annual Learning and Development Programme, including leading on the provision of induction training for new starters.
You will also be responsible for the development of our new Learning Management System, Tate Learn, overseeing its implementation across Tate and maximising its potential to transform the way we deliver learning at Tate.
An experienced learning and development professional, you must be passionate about developing people, sharing your knowledge and experience and enjoy working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role diversity and inclusion and organisational development must be integral to your approach and practice.
This role is based in London within the Learning and Development team but will work with key stakeholders across London, Liverpool and St Ives.
