An organisation in South East London are recruiting a HR Administrator for a six-month period with an opportunity to be extended. They are looking for someone to deliver comprehensive HR support.

Responsibilities 

  • Support the HR team in the administration of HR projects, processes and procedures
  • Maintain the HR database and ensure records are up to date
  • Provide payroll support and communicating any contractual updates to relevant parties
  • Process new starters and leavers
  • Manage the recruitment administration and new joiner process
  • Take part in team meetings, events and training where necessary

Qualifications/experience required

  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent
  • Experience carrying out administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Packages
  • Experience in collating and analyzing data
  • Great communications skills
  • Flexible approach and the ability to work to deadlines
