Interim Head of Learning and Development
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Head of Learning and Development for a 6 month contract. Working for a leading not for profit organization based in London with a national remit.
Reporting to the Director of HR the postholder will be responsible for managing the learning function and leading a team of 15.
The successful candidate will be an experienced learning and development professional, with strong management and leadership skills. The ability to manage against complex demands whilst engaging and motivating teams will be essential.
