Permanent HR Advisor role c£30,000

Our client is a well established organisation who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is a generalist standalone role with responsibilities covering HR, Training and Health & Safety; including:

- Advise line managers on best practice.
- Attend disciplinary/grievance meetings to support line managers.
- Effectively manage sickness absence across the business.
- Provide support to line managers on recruitment and selection processes.
- Update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Manage regular employee forum committee meetings.
- Build effective relationships with employment agencies to minimise spend.
- Prepare management information as required.
- Manage the on boarding process for new employees.
- Be the nominated health & safety person for the site.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director and Company Secretary this individual will have fantastic exposure to the senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will be CIPD level 5 qualified or be qualified by experience.
