Your new company
Your new company are a highly successful multi-site organisation in the financial services. They are based in central Preston with parking nearby. This growing and lively company are now looking to recruit a Training Officer on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Your new job will entail delivering agreed training programmes out across various departments in accordance to company deadlines. You will plan and design modules that will be rolled out across the organisation in adherence to specific company regulations, propose relevant interventions based on an analysis of business needs as well as actively implementing the company's policies on diversity and equality.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be from a financial services background and will have worked in a role of a similar capacity within the Learning and Development provision. You will be adept to delivering training programmes, have efficient problem-solving skills, highly organised and able to adapt to business needs as well as a strong passion for people development.

What you'll get in return
Our client is offering a competitive salary of £24k-£27k depending on experience, in addition to a generous pension and benefits package.
