The Role

This HR generalist will provide support on recruitment and selection processes, from advice on attraction methods, to guiding them through the on-boarding process. First level support may also be required on employee relations matters and the HR Adviser will work with the HR Operations Manager & Senior HR Business Partner as required. You will also provide full HR administration support. In addition to this, you may be involved in key HR projects.

Your duties:
*Support recruitment activity across the business from initial vacancy to on-boarding.
*Manage all HR Administration processes including: Joiners, Leavers, Absence, Maternity & Paternity, Flexible Working etc.
*Ensure the HR Information System (HRIS) is kept up to date and run management reports
*Support the Senior HR Business Partner on providing guidance and advice to line managers on employment issues and HR policies and procedures.
*Exit interviews, collating information and identifying and reporting trends.
*Participate in the design and delivery of key HR projects with the HR team. Participating in the design and delivery of key HR projects with the HR team.
