This is an exciting time to join the Middlesex HR Business Partnering Team, as we provide essential support to the University in achieving its core vision and strategy – Transforming Potential into Success.
We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and influential HR Business Partner, to provide high level HR consultancy advice and support to line managers, across a number of school and service departments. As part of the HR Service you will work collaboratively with each other and our stakeholders to provide professional specialist support, in a framework that continuously improves our work environment and working practices across all strands of HR. You will have extensive experience of working in an HR environment, delivering modern, proactive and adaptable services. As an HR Business Partner you will also lead on a range of high-impact HR projects.
We are keen to hear from you if you have demonstrable strategic experience of working in an HR role within a complex and diverse environment. Using your strong technical knowledge and an analytical outlook, you will be advising, coaching and supporting managers at all levels, on the full range of employee relations, resourcing, organisational change, and performance management matters.
You will be degree educated (or equivalent) and hold MCIPD status
