We believe that the strength of our staff and volunteers is key to our success and we have great ambitions to improve our already excellent engagement levels by providing a progressive and holistic programme of training, development, welfare and fun events. 

This full time role requires an energetic and experienced training & development manager who is keen to step out of the traditional role into this exciting new post with a great employer. 

With the support of two engagement & training coordinators you will add to our existing portfolio of training materials, ensuring a comprehensive and business focused programme is delivered throughout the year; developing our talent and improving retention. 

You will lead on embedding of our Core Values, forming excellent relationships at all levels to ensure the values stay at the center of everything we do.  

You will also help create a supportive environment for our staff and volunteers, delivering a suite of health and welfare training and services.

Alongside all the above you will help maintain the fun, always evident within the Devonshire Group, by delivering parties, events and recognition schemes.
