Senior HR Advisor - £32-35k & benefits – Doncaster

This is an excellent opportunity to join an FMCG organisation as this is a newly created role which offers real career development. Reporting in to the Head of HR and working closely with the HR team and Senior Management, your role will be to provide expert HR support and advice to the management team in all areas of HR, whilst consistently demonstrating HR best practice. You will support the Head of HR in the delivery of an efficient, effective and commercially aware HR function.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Support managers, supervisors and team leaders with all HR related issues

Provide HR advice to management to enable compliance whilst building the reputation as a 'trusted adviser'.

Assist the Head of HR in the management of complex ER processes including re-structure, redundancy and TUPE.

Support Head of HR in project work undertaken across the Group.

Provide guidance to members of the HR Team regarding case work.

Help to drive a performance culture throughout the organisation.

Work with the management teams to ascertain performance levels and skills gaps

Ensure that termination / exit processes are adequately managed.

Provide an effective and comprehensive HR Service to a high level, managing and dealing with Employee Relations

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Possess a sound understanding of Employment Law and HR related Case Law

Good all round HR generalist experience

Restructure & ideally TUPE process experience

Excellent presentation & training skills

Have the flexibility to travel to other sites approx. once a week

Be professionally qualified, or currently studying for CIPD
