A role for a senior ER specialist that is looking for something a little different. An opportunity to use your deep knowledge of employee relations and broader HR operations in an account management capacity for a well-established HR outsourcing company. The actual job title is Client Relationship Manager and it's responsible for taking the lead in developing relationships with, and devising solutions for, a small number of key client organisations. It's an opportunity to consult with large, complex, organisations who require support to improve the impact of their HR processes so it's ideal for someone that wants to employ their strategic mindset and to come up with creative solutions.

This isn't necessarily a 'linear progression' for an ER specialist so, most likely, you'll not have considered this as a career move, and that's fine. However, for the right person, this would be a fantastic (and potentially career defining) move. The role requires a true ER specialist, with the experience of (and war stories from) managing ER cases in a large, complex, corporate environment. Someone that knows what HR best practice looks like and is open to thinking about how their expertise could be used across a range of industries and environments. Someone that is really comfortable when working as a business advisor and who thrives on building relationships, devising solutions and using data and analysis to identify opportunities to do things better.

Based from the North West, the role has UK coverage and a grown-up working environment so there is the opportunity to work remotely (you'll need a degree of geographic flexibility as you'll be spending time at different sites across the UK).
