HR Assistants Full & Part Time

Were seeking 2 x HR Assistants / HR Administrators to join a busy HR team in Bournemouth

Were seek HR Administrators / HR Assistants to join a busy HR team providing a full HR transactional services to employees and managers. You will be working for an HR team delivering a range of HR Administrative activities including: -

* Recruitment - Adverts, job application packs, interview arrangements, jobs offer letters, vetting, referencing,
* Contracts of employment and contract terms & Condition changes such as hours / maternity/ paternity, fixed term contracts.
* First line HR advice to managers / employees on policy/process
* Letters
* Handling HR inbox queries
* Maintaining and updating HR Systems
* HR Data input
* HR Administration processing

Candidates We're seeking experienced HR Administrators who have strong background of administration ideally with a background of working within high volume environments.
You will have significant experience of transactional HR administration activity including areas such as recruitment, contracts of employment and changes to terms & conditions.
Experience of using HR Systems. Relevant experience of HR data

2 x HR Assistants roles offered on either a Full Time or Part Time basis
8.30 - 5 (4.30 on Friday) is standard hours.
Initial Temporary contract until end of May 2019
