Your new role
As a permanent HR Advisor, you will be part of a busy, customer facing, HR team, reporting into an HR BP and responsible for partnering the business, providing support and guidance on all Employee Relations matters, and supporting the HR BP, with projects, to include succession planning and talent management and the annual salary and bonus review and deliver training on HR best practice. This role will involve travel a couple of times a week, every other week.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at Senior HR Advisor level, ideally within a professional services or financial services industry. You will ideally be at least Part CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
