My client operates within a niche financial services sector nationally with offices in both Sheffield and London. Over recent years they have grown rapidly and this will continue into this year and next. My client offers financial services to small to medium sized organisations nationally allowing them to achieve their ambitions.

Your new role
Your new job will be Head of Reward, responsible for leading the reward strategy for the company allowing the company to attract, retain, engage and motivate employees. You will be responsible for compensation and benefits programmes, pension, reward policies and remuneration practices including the revising and delivery of new reward initiatives and revising current programmes. You will also be responsible for managing the banks payroll and HRIS activities.
You will lead the HR function and reward specialism in terms of reward expertise and therefore a key part of the role will be to work with the Senior Management Team and Board to ensure you deliver on expectations.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have extensive reward experience within the financial services sector. You will have in depth understanding of commercial strategy and the ability to shape executive reward strategies. You must have experience of salary bench marking and evaluation methods, strategy design and implementation. You will have experience of remuneration committees, pension legislation and understanding of salary sacrifice legislation. You will have experience of working with Senior Management Teams and Boards to deliver Reward strategies.
