Your new company
Our client based in the North of Oxfordshire is currently looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join their HR team as a Learning and Development Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to work with a prestigious and long standing organisation.

Your new role
As Learning and Development Coordinator you will be responsible for the organisation and and implementation of staff training. you will utilise the online training platforms whilst keeping updated records and certification checks. You will also assist the HR Manager with well being policy and initiatives for the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will be highly organised, have a great attention to detail and be a team player. Previous experience of working in a HR Team or within a Leaning and Development role is highly desirable. You will have excellent Administrative and time keeping skills.

What you'll get in return
The organisation is offering a generous annual salary of up to £25,000 dependant upon your experience. You will have access to on site parking along with some other excellent benefits. This role is being recruited on both a Permanent and Temp to Permanent basis.
