Brand new role and exciting opportunity to join a global science and technology solutions leader. My client is looking to recruit a Training and Skills Manager to join their team to be based in either Whiteley or Glasgow. This role will play a key part in developing and promoting an exceptional employee experience around skills and career development.

Naturally influential, the individual for this role is commercial, engaging and has a strong focus on delivery. You will have excellent project management skills, proven facilitation skills and be a strong business partner. Great relationship management is key as well as an engaging style and sense of fun.

You will have experience of working with technical and non-technical skills frameworks and will work, in conjunction with the centres of excellence, to conduct needs analysis and skills mapping across the UK technical core capabilities.

The role will involve the design and delivery of a core learning curriculum for the UK and you will work closely with the corporate US learning teams to design and deliver content, adapting it for UK regulatory and legal compliance.
