Recruitment Consultant job in Nottingham paying £17,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Consultant in Nottingham you will manage the end to end recruitment process. You will be winning new clients and nurturing existing relationships, contacting candidates - building professional relationships and market knowledge, advertising current roles, networking with market specialists, using our market leading database to keep in touch with candidates and clients, attending client and candidate meetings and consistently hitting KPI's and targets. The role will recruit in to the HR discipline so you will work on a range of roles from HR Admin to HR Advisor level.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous recruitment experience isn't essential but the right attitude is key, You'll be a determined and tenacious individual who works well to targets and is confident liaising with a wide range of individuals face to face, over the phone and via email. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to achieve the best possible results.
