We are seeking to appoint a Learning and Development Advisor to support the provision of a professional Learning and Development service to the organisation, and to provide advice, guidance and support to staff on Learning and Development initiatives.
The role
The Learning & Development Advisor will be responsible for the coordination and management of specific projects as required to assess learning needs, deliver / or coordinate learning interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes. The Learning & Development Advisor will also collaborate with other directorates and teams across the GPhC and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders to ensure continuity of guidance and communication.
The successful applicant will:
- Have demonstrable experience in learning needs analysis and proposing effective learning interventions;
- Be a self-starter with a natural ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively with a strong focus on delivering to deadlines;
- Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels;
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills; and
- Have an unwavering commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
