Your new role
As the Training & Development manager, you will be joining an established function and your responsibility with include the following:
* TNA
* Design and delivery of training
* E learning design (using ADAPT)
* Leadership Development training (ILM accredited)
* You will have 1 direct report
* Appraisal system review and delivery to managers
* Liaising with external training providers
What you'll need to succeed
* A wealth of L&D experience in a senior role
* E learning knowledge
* CIPD or equivalent training qualification
What you'll get in return
