Culture and engagement
* Drive our quarterly engagement survey and ensure that the feedback is acted upon and becomes part of the people agenda.
* Support our learning and development culture.
Recruitment and On boarding
* 360 Direct Recruitment
* Understanding of immigration laws for Visa Sponsorship
* Responsible for leading overall candidate experience
People Operations
* Ensure our people related documentation are up to date and relevant.
* Provide advice and guidance to employees on benefits and entitlements including pensions
Payroll
* Collection and collation of all payroll requirements
Profile
* Experience as
* Educated to a degree level
* Minimum CIPD Level 5 and level 7 desirable
* Experience recruiting within the creative landscape
* Sociable and collegiate - we are a tight-knit group
* Good working knowledge and experience when dealing with UK employment legislation
