We are looking to appoint to a new post of HR Manager to join our busy and expanding HR and Compliance department. The successful candidate should be confident and proactive and will work closely with the Head of HR, Resources and Compliance to deliver a high quality HR service for all staff, ensuring consistency across the College. You will need to hold a relevant HR qualification. The ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is a crucial requirement for this post.

You will need to be a self-starter, with the ability to get on well with people, be highly organised in order to meet deadlines and work to a high level of accuracy. A flexible approach to College work and a friendly, approachable nature are key to being successful in this role.
