Interim Internal Recruiter - CHIPPENHAM - £30K

We are pleased to be retained by our client who has an urgent requirement for an internal recruiter to join their busy recruitment team for the next 8 to 12 weeks.

Are you immediately available? If so, then this multinational company based in Chippenham pride themselves of the service they provide to their clients and is looking for an internal recruiter who will initially work closely with the recruitment manager and take an active lead in managing the end to end recruitment process for all vacancies'.
Stakeholders and hiring manager engagement, screening of all applications, creating ads, scheduling telephonic's and interviews, organising and facilitating assessment centers, coordinating of final interviews and giving feedback.
This role also requires someone who is confident in utilising social media. You will likely work autonomously as soon as you are familiar with the expectations and outputs of the role.

This is a fast paced and demanding role You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, have a strong sense of urgency, be extremely organised with a solid work history in recruitment.
