Temporary Recruitment & Operations Advisor job paying £16-18 p/h.

You will be working for a leading public research university based in Central London.
Your new role
As Recruitment and Operations Adviser you will be responsible for providing first class recruitment and operational HR Support to managers and staff. As the first point of contact you will take ownership of, and proactively support all administration aspects of the end to end recruitment process. You will also administer HR related documentation including contracts of employment and updating the HR system when necessary (Resourclink). As a part of your operational responsibilities, you will be required to support with a range of HR exercise including staff reward scheme and promotion updates. Additionally, you will advise managers and staff on policies and procedures relating to terms and condition of employment as well as advising line managers and employees on general life cycle they may have. This is a temporary role until May 2019 with a scope for extension, paying £16.00-£18.00p/h.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience managing end to end high volume recruitment is essential for this role. Specifically, strong experience of administering recruitment and general HR operations is essential. You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and good working knowledge of using RESOURCELINK. You must also understand and value the importance of providing quality customer service, this will be demonstrated by your commitment to delivering a high standard of customer care and to equality of opportunity. Previous experience gained with Higher Education Is desirable but not essential so please apply if you demonstrate excellent recruitment and operations experience. As an individual you will be proactive, committed, hardworking and keen to make improvements to the service you are providing. The organisation Is currently undergoing change and are extremely busy, so you must be a person who is flexible, adaptable to change and demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure. You must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
