Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead
Salary: to £100K + bonus + package

Done properly, D&I is so much more than a box ticking exercise.

This is a role for someone that would relish the opportunity to take the D&I strategy to the next level within a complex, significant organisation with a global remit. In the US the corporation has a defined and evolved D&I strategy, however, there is work to be done to define, evolve and deliver the strategy across the non-US territories, which is why this role has been created.

For this organisation D&I is not a 'nice to have' or a 'box ticking exercise'. Having a diverse workforce and inclusive environment is an organisational imperative, one that drives commercial advantage. As such, it's a specific type of D&I expert that we are looking to engage, someone that has genuine impact. If you can use the D&I agenda to drive organisational performance and efficiency and thrive in a commercial, matrix, environment where real world considerations and implications need to be factored in, this is worth a look.

There is a strong package on offer and the role can be based from any one of several sites across the UK so we hope these housekeeping elements keep the role open to a wide talent pool. What is on offer is the ability to have a genuine impact, the opportunity to work for a world class, technology led organisation and to do so at scale. With a total workforce of c.100,000, your initiatives will touch a lot of people, they will also be tested in populations that allow for statistical significance so you can really see the impact of your work.

We think this is a genuinely fantastic opportunity for the right person, but I am afraid to say, that the bar is high in terms of what we are looking for. Firstly, the person joining this role must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering impactful D&I strategies at scale in a commercial context. Secondly, they will understand the challenges of devising and delivering initiatives across disparate cultures, geographies and legislative contexts. Thirdly, they will be an exceptional relationship builder and influencer.
