We are supporting a successful, international business with the recruitment of an ambitious HR Business Partner to join their busy, vibrant team in the city. Working closely with senior leaders across enabling functions including Finance and IT this varied role will give regular exposure to board level directors as it looks to add value across the spectrum of talent, learning, change, organisational effectiveness, reward and engagement.

You will lead the delivery of the HR strategic and operational objectives to drive a high-performance culture and will work pro-actively to understand the business agenda and link activities around talent, development, performance management and reward etc to push forward its achievement. Reporting to the Group HR Director and as part of a progressive HR team there will be scope to add value to key projects that drive continuous improvement alongside steering change initiatives. Hence experience of change management projects will stand you in good stead.

The organisation has a real energy about it and this role would suit someone who is looking to forge ahead with their business partnering career as part of a vibrant, up-beat HR team. You are likely to be a CIPD qualified (or equivalent) HR Business Partner who has gained experience within a larger blue-chip organisation with whom they have built a portfolio generalist HR experience encompassing Talent and Change Management. You should be a confident communicator and relish the relationships you build with your stakeholders. You should have a collaborative, pragmatic, open and engaging style that believes in and has the ability to use data and analytics to both influence and to inform and shape strategy and actions.
