Your new role
Your role is to design and deliver leadership development interventions
You will manage, plan, cost and schedule all training activities and ensure that training aligns to national initiatives
Lead on training evaluation using 360 feedback
Contribution to strategy and key projects
Supporting of continuous improvement, assessing and reporting on the activity of the team.
Work closely with HR Business Partners
What you'll need to succeed
Leadership development experience
CIPD or equivalent
Experience working on several projects at one time
