HR Advisor - Part Time/ 30 hours a week - £25000 to £28000 - Lincoln and Lincolnshire county travel.

A reputable public sector organisation in Lincolnshire - who have been through a period of change for effective service provision are now looking to recruit a HR Advisor

Your new role
This is a true generalist HR Advisor role- working 30 hours a week - to be based in Lincoln with countywide travel.
The organisation has a strong emphasis on partnering the service areas through a highly professional and credible HR service and are now looking for a HR Advisor to join the team.
This is a newly created post and offers an exciting opportunity for someone to influence & shape the future plans and direction of the HR team.
You will use coaching skills to develop the managers and leaders in all people related areas which will include leading on employee relations cases, sickness absence and delivering training. You will be mainly based in Lincoln but will travel countywide to offer a HR service and provision to the wider organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally be undertaking the CIPD/ HR qualification to degree level or of equal equivalent experience. You will need previous experience of working within an HR function including advising on employee relations, terms and conditions and recruitment issues . You will be used to working in a "coaching" and supportive environment and be comfortable with ambiguity; working within an environment which promotes change, challenge and continuous improvement.
