Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting business in Chippenham with the recruitment of an internal Recruitment Advisor, permanent post. Salary on offer £28-32,000 pa, this is a full time post. You will be part of a fantastic team but for a business that is ethical, innovative and keen to build a more sustainable world. Extremely commutable from Bristol, Swindon, Bath either via car or train.

Reports to: Senior Resourcing Partner


Role Purpose:

The people team is responsible for partnering with leaders and employees to build and maintain a high-performance organisation, including; resourcing, talent management, learning and development, policy, performance management, brand and cultural alignment, employee engagement and office environment/facilities.

The Resourcing Advisor works within the Resourcing Team. The team provides resourcing advice, guidance and support line managers and employees as well as to internal and external candidates, and ensures a timely and efficient resourcing service.

This role will support the resourcing activity across our Customer Services Team, working collaboratively with the P&C team to deliver a positive recruitment journey aligned to the business values.

This role would suit an experienced resourcing advisor who's is keen to work within a values and purpose driven business and is looking to further develop and drive improvements within a fast-paced environment.



Accountabilities:

*Partnering hiring managers across customer services to fill roles effectively; providing specialist advice and guidance on all elements of the process.
*Running recruitment campaigns for band A, B and C roles (permanent, fixed term, and temps) to include advertising, interviewing, through to offer and onboarding
*Organising and running assessment centres
*Working closely with People Partner and L&D Manager on all Customer Service resourcing
*Filling vacancies, within agreed timeframe and budgets.
*Working with the Recruitment Administrator to ensure CVs are managed efficiently.
*Becoming the first point of call for all job applications; providing all documentation, creating summary documents for each campaign.
*Attending interviews, offering impartial advice to hiring managers and maintaining a focus on the wider business needs at all times.
*Negotiating contractual terms with preferred candidates.
*Working on, and when needed, leading improvement activities, from small interventions to larger projects.
*Reporting on all hiring activity on a monthly basis; working with the Senior Resourcing Partner to establish key metrics and implementing reporting around these.
*Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with Data Protection and employment law.
*Building and maintaining professional and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential

*Experience in a recruitment role; including all stages of the recruitment process, candidate screening, shortlisting, and exceptional interviewing skills.
*Experience of high-volume recruitment and ideally in customer service recruitment
*Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and data protection
*The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels; including managing expectations and delivering constructive feedback
*Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
*Conscientious, discrete and professional when dealing with confidential information.
*Proactive; a self-starter with a positive approach to improvement.
*Experience of working with third parties (agencies, job boards etc)
*Experience of working with a fast -paced environment


Desirable

*Experience with resourcing through LinkedIn and other social media
*High level of IT literacy, particularly MS Office incl. Excel, Access and Word
*CIPD level or similar qualification in recruitment, selection and resourcing talent.
*Database management, record keeping and reporting experience
