Volunteer - HR Policies, Procedures & Systems for Communigrow

Communigrow is a local charity looking for an HR professional to volunteer their time & expertise to give advice and review their HR policies 

Communigrow grow a wide range of seasonal produce which they sell locally via their veg box scheme and provide field based sessions on growing and conservation for schools and community groups free of charge. They enable people of all ages to gain skills and confidence in a creative environment, as well as to learn about how the natural world works. They grow their produce using sustainable methods.

Time Commitment: ½ day to a 1 day and then call on for occasional advice
