Description
* Management of low level ER cases
* Overseeing Performance Management system
* Conducting Market rate bench-marking to inform pay structure reviews
* Supporting managers with recruitment, reviewing CV's and performing first round interviews
* Issuing offer levels and contracts
* Submission of freelance hours fro monthly payroll
* Maintaining and updating company handbook
* Selecting all training partners and courses
* Updating company directory
* Creating and circulating monthly attendance reports
* Conducting exit interviews
Profile
* Strong IT capability, experience with People HR and Breezy advantageous
* Conflict Management
* Experience withing a growing company
* Change management
