We are actively seeking a new Assistant of OD on a permanent basis. You will be tasked with developing a clear OD Plan, as part of the people strategy and working closely with the HR Director.

You will also provide project management and leadership on key OD policy initiatives, change and engagement programmes, and process improvements that drive critical cultural change. 

Leading the OD team you will drive a high-performance culture supported by appropriate management and professional development for staff as well as efficient and effective processes for managing performance.

We need a champion to support and drive organisational change, including driving the new digital HR agenda  throughout the organisation by building positive and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders.
