Your new role
As the recruitment business partner you will be responsible for the overall recruitment management of the Sales and Marketing workforce to enable service delivery.

* Coordinates with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles across UK, Western Europe and the US
* Develops and updates job descriptions and job specifications
* Uses online and offline sourcing techniques i.e. networking at career events and searching for potential hires through resume databases
* Advertises open positions to external networks

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience recruiting Sales and marketing professionals
* An established network of candidates within IT Sales
* Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques
* Excellent communication skills
