We are now looking for an HR Coordinator to fulfil a varied and demanding role reporting to the Head of HR and who will have the opportunity to make a valued contribution to the ongoing expansion and development of the team’s personnel.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting in a range of areas within the HR Department including: provide general HR guidance as and when required; coordinating work experience, apprentice and student placements; completion of reference checks; conducting investigation meetings; monitoring of completion of probation reviews in the required timeframe; day to day administration of our benefit schemes; maintaining accurate employee documentation; and maintain and update the internal HR intranet page.
All applicants must be qualified to, or studying towards, CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
The successful candidate will: have previous experience of working in a fast paced, high volume HR department and the ability to use strong and sound judgement in dealing with wide ranging issues; possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times; have a high attention to detail and accuracy; have excellent written and oral communication skills combined with efficient organisational abilities; be able to demonstrate an approachable and capable attitude; be highly motivated and have a flexible approach to working hours to achieve workload demands; and have a good level of IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It would be advantageous to have previous experience of working in a motorsport environment and of liaising with schools, colleges and universities.
