The HR Assistant is responsible for providing efficient administrative support, as well as being the first point of contact for HR queries including all the employee life cycle, advising on policies, processes and procedures. The role provides added value through work on process and system improvements and may be involved in HR projects.

We'd love to see a background that includes:

* A University Degree.
* Desire to have or working towards CIPD qualification.
* Proven experience in an HR administrative role supporting a fast paced business and HR team.
* Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

* Strong attention to detail
* Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
* The ability to multi task in busy times
* Excellent organisational skills and be able to deliver
* Strong ability to work with process and data
