You'll take the reins as the regional training lead, engaging, coaching, training and encouraging a field based, B2B, sales force. This is a role for someone that wants to have an impact and that loves getting the best out of people.

You will deliver induction training across a range of knowledge based and 'soft skills' topics to new starters and then provide ongoing developmental support to established team members through individual coaching and mentoring.

You'll have a track record in training and coaching sales people who operate in a highly targeted environment (classroom, one-to-one and remote), the self assurance and confidence to coach ambitious, shrewd and tenacious sales people and the ability to build exceptional individuals.

The role covers the midlands region, you'll have a home base but mostly be out in the region with your people and will also need to be able to work from London at the Acadamy to deliver the induction traning.
