HR Advisor - 30 hours per week

We have a strong emphasis on partnering our service areas through a highly professional and credible HR service and are now looking for a HR Advisor to join our team. This is a newly created post and offers an exciting opportunity for you to influence and shape the future plans and direction of the HR team.

Working closely with clinical and service leads across our Community Hospitals, Transitional Care and Corporate functions, you will use coaching skills to develop our leaders in all people related areas which will include leading on employee relations cases, sickness absence and delivering training. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and working within an environment which promotes change, challenge and continuous improvement.

As an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of building effective working relationship, providing a value added HR service will be important to you and you will have a flexible approach to your work . You will be curious in how your role links with the delivery of our services and be driven to deliver on outcomes which have a positive impact on our service and those services that you work with.
