HR Assistant – 6 months
Waddington Brown are currently working with a dynamic and ever evolving commercial business based in Colchester to appoint an experienced HR Assistant for a fixed term contract for a period of 5-6 months.
This is a busy & varied HR role and it is envisaged that your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling/Resolving queries and completing HR processes in a timely and efficient manner with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Responsibility for processing starters/leavers
- Managing the administration associated with internal moves/secondments, family leave requests and reference requests
- Management reporting
- Supporting with HRIS
- Assisting on ad hoc projects, providing support where required
The successful candidate will ideally have CIPD accreditation and must have previous experience gained within an HR environment as well as good systems and administration skills. You will be able to manage a high volume of work and be comfortable prioritising your own workload. Using your initiative with generalist HR concerns and issues is important.
