Description

* Act as an expert on the Sales Incentive Compensation Scheme by partnering and collaborating with the Sales Operational Analyst UK to ensure accuracy of our commission data.





* Responsible for any UK wide employee related legislative reporting, including Gender Pay Gap, Willis Tower Watson surveys, Office of Statistics surveys, etc.





* Ensure data integrity of the HR database, and partner the HR Coordinator in its administration.





* Work closely with benefits providers to update schemes and implement a wellbeing programme that suits the needs of the employees, including: childcare vouchers, AXA PPP, Denplan, EAP, Group Life Insurance, Pension, etc.;





* Support the management of annual salary reviews, and pension reviews, implementing any legal requirements;





* Act as UK HR lead for bonus initiatives including implementation and launch of schemes;





* Lead the implementation of efficient and effective local processes, so as to minimize human errors and manual manipulation of data;





* Support the integration of new acquisitions; ensuring HR systems integration, benefits and payroll harmonization when necessary.





* Maintain the UK HR Connect sharepoint site up to date with the latest policies, FAQs, news, dates, etc.





* Work with the HR team on the coordination of ad-hoc projects such as GDPR, Great Place To Work culture audit, Q12 Engagement surveys, etc.





* Manage SLMS registrations and elearning assignments





* Manage coordination of wellbeing initiatives - monthly free massages, financial wellbeing seminars, health checks, etc.





* Act as payroll validator, partner with Payroll Specialist on monthly basis.
